Welcome to Kingsway Estates Spain S.L. headed by Karl and Samantha Stannett.

Kingsway Estates was established over 12 years ago making us one of the longest established British Estates Agents on the Costa del Sol.  We are a fully licensed and registered Spanish Company and members of the Federation of British Estate Agents in Spain, Karl holds a fellow membership which is only possible with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field and with professional nominations, we follow the strict code of practice that the federation requires.

After so many years on the Costa del Sol we have become experts in the commercial property market and have been property owners here since the early 1980’s.  We set up our new lives here with our two children, having grown up in Spain they speak Spanish fluently and we believe they have benefited greatly from their time on the coast.

We have built up a good sound reputation for a straight forward no nonsense approach to business but please do not take our word for that, “self praise is no recommendation”, we invite you to ask around the Costa and hear for yourselves.
